- 25 Green Chilies Each cut in 4-6 pieces
- 1/4 Boiled Potato
- 1 Clean Glass Jar
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 5 Fenugreek Seeds or Methi
Place everything in the clean glass jar and tightly place the lid.
Refrigerate it for a minimum of 15 days.
Post that, puree it into a smooth sauce. Store it in a clean and dry glass jar in a cool and dry place.
