Egg Mayonnaise Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 Eggs Hard Boiled
  • 2 tbsp SPRIG Mango and Jalapeno Hot Sauce
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise


  1. Toast the slices of bread and keep them aside.

  2. Now, peel the eggs and put them in a bowl. Add rest of the ingredients and mash them together. Keep them chunky.

  3. Now, take a slice of toasted bread and put a heaping 2 tablespoons of the filling prepared on it. Spread it evenly and place another slice of bread on it. Cut it diagonally into 2 triangles and serve.
