Prepare the Cardamom Cream by whipping the cream till soft peaks.
Add the Rose Extract and Cardamom Powder and whisk till stiff peaks.
Take the Cake and slice it horizontally. Fill the cream between the two layers and allow it to set in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
After that crumb coat and let it set for another 10-15 minutes.
Now, finally pile some more cream on the top of the cake for the ultimate flavour of cardamom and rose.
Take the Mango slices and start arranging them in overlapping circles to look like a flower.
Chill and Serve
