Stop Searching For Best Deviled Eggs Recipe
As what I am giving you here is the one and only best Deviled Eggs recipe which is quick and easy. So much so, that I believe that it should be now ‘As Easy As Deviled Eggs’!
History says that Deviled Eggs find its origin in Italy where it first came to be served as cold side dishes or appetizers. Also, known as Russian Eggs or Stuffed Eggs, some say that it was a popular first course dish back in ancient Rome.
The name deviled can be attributed to the fact that the yolk which gets stuffed back into the egg white is generously seasoned and spiced with mustard and freshly ground pepper. So, essentially such spicy dishes came to be known as ‘Deviled’.
Here, my recipe is absolutely simple and can be actually modified with whatever you have in pantry. One can use any combination of sauces to add a dash of flavor to the yolks before stuffing them back in the eggs.
I am sharing my version which I make quite often when I am pressing for time yet I have to serve quick appetizers to friends and family.
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 tbsp SPRIG Passion Fruit & Malagueta Pepper Sauce

Cut the hardboiled eggs lengthwise and take the yolks out in a bowl.

Lay the white portions of the eggs on a serving platter.

Mash the egg yolks using a fork and add rest of the ingredients in it. You can add any kind of sauce to add some depth of flavor to it. If not anything, you can Pasta Seasoning Mix-Herbs.

Now, take a teaspoon and fill some of the yolk mix back into the egg whites and arrange them on the platter.
If you are feeling fancy, then you can fill a piping bag fitted with a star-tip nozzle and fill the egg yolks in the egg whites.

Serve it with a platter of salad and dips.
