- 4 Potatoes Medium size, Boiled
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds or Jeera
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- ¼ tsp Hing or Asafoetida
- Salt to Taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1½ tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Heat oil in a pan and temper it with Hing or Asafoetida and Cumin Seeds. As they splatter, add the boiled potatoes, cut in cubes.

Add the salt and turmeric powder and fry till they turn crisp.

Now add the powdered spices like cumin powder and coriander powder. Give everything a mix.

Now turn off the heat and add the lemon juice. Serve hot with some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
