  • Cream Cheese
  • Butter
  • Chopped Nuts
  • Finely crushed Pistachios
  • Cardamom powder
  • White Chocolate compound
  • Garnishes like Saffron threads, dried rose petals, etc

Step-by-step instructions on how to make White Chocolate Cheesecake Truffles

  • Make sure that all your ingredients are at room temperature. This means your Butter and Cream Cheese should be soft
  • Start by processing the Digestive Biscuits into a coarse powder
  • Take a mixing bowl and whisk together the butter and cream cheese
  • Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder and powdered digestive biscuits
  • Mix everything together to form a soft dough. Divide it into equal portions and roll them into gold ball sized balls
  • If the dough is too soft, refrigerate it to harden it
  • Now melt some white chocolate and dip the cheesecake balls
  • Take them out and roll them into pistachio crushed into fine powder. Keep them on a seperate tray to allow them to harden
  • If you do not want to roll them into nuts, place the chocolate covered cheesecake truffles on the tray to harden up before drizzling some more white chocolate. Place the granishes on them and serve
