- Soak 2 slices of bread in lukewarm milk, just enough to moisten the bread. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Combine the ground chicken, soaked bread, chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by kneading all the ingredients together.
- The next step would be to divide the burger patty mix into equal portions and shape them into round patties. Be very gentle while compacting the patties or they will remain uncooked or may turn dry due to overcooking
- Once the chicken burger patties are ready, heat some oil in a pan. Carefully place each of the burger patties in the pan to shallow fry
- Cook each side for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
