This Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce makes for a perfect relaxing Sunday brunch menu because you actually have to do very little to get a great brunch table laid for your family and friends. Here, the Basa fish fillet has been grilled to perfection, topped by super luscious, yet easy to put together Lemon Butter Sauce. Serve this with a side of boiled vegetables and toast, for a complete meal. As you can see, this dish is gluten-free, paleo-friendly and keto diet-friendly.
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them till it becomes smooth and luscious.
If you don't have Honey Mustard Sauce, then you can use simple American Mustard Sauce instead. In no time you have yourself a delicious sauce for grilled fish, which can be used as a dip for the boiled vegetables as well.
Combine the ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and pepper with olive oil and make a marinade paste.
Slather it on the fish fillet and let it be for 10-15 minutes.
Place the prepared fish fillet on your rack and then place the rack on a bigger baking tray so that the drippings can be collected in it.
Now grill it in your oven. Turn them over in the mid-way for more uniform cooking. In my oven, I grilled each side for 10 minutes.
Once thoroughly cooked, you may transfer it on the baking tray laid beneath the rack and grill it again for a couple of minutes to get that char. This time place the tray on the top shelf.
