Aloo Beans Sabji | নিরামিষ ফ্রেঞ্চ বিন্স আলুর তরকারি | Potatoes and Green Beans
This Aloo Beans sabji is a popular Indian side dish with chapatti that comes together real quick. French beans are an all-year-round vegetable that is an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals, not to mention dietary fibers.
1tspKitchen King Powder - adjust as per taste - alternate would be Garam Masala powder

Instructions
Prep the veggies by washing them well. Chop off the ends of the beans and chop them into small pieces. Similarly, peel the potatoes and dice them into smaller cubes
Now heat some mustard oil and temper it with hing, cumin seeds, and a green chili
2 tbsp Mustard Oil, A pinch of Hing or Asafoetida, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Green Chilli
As they splutter, add the potatoes and give them a good mix.

Now add the green beans
500 gms Green Beans or French Means
Add powdered spices like salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and amchur powder.
Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp Amchur Powder or Dry Mango Powder
Add a small pinch of sugar before mixing everything. Put on the lid and let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes
Once the potato is cooked, remove the lid. Add some Kitchen King powder (or garam masala powder) and a splash of vinegar.
