Instructions
Mash the Bananas and mix it with the Jaggery powder till it is completely dissolved.
21 nos. Bananas or কলা,
1.25 kilo Jaggery Powder or আখের গুড়
Once done, add the flour and mix till there are no lumps.
1.25 kilo Milk or দুধ,
1.25 Whole Wheat Atta or আটা
Then start adding the milk while mixing it till you get the desired consistency.
Add the chopped Cashew Nuts and Raisins as much as you like before serving. Top it with some desiccated Coconut, if desired.
3 cups Grated Coconut or নারকেল কোরা,
100 gms Raisins or কিসমিস,
100 gms Cashew Nuts or কাজুবাদাম,
1 teaspoon Honey or মধু
Finish it with crumbled khoa kheer and serve it in a bowl with a batasha
