Ingredients
6-8nos.Breakfast Sausages
1tbspButter
½tbspOlive Oil
2tbspOnion
1tbspGarlic
½tspDried Oregano
½tspRed Chili Flakes
½tspApple Cider Vinegar - alternate would be any Vinegar
Fresh Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Instructions
Cut the sausages in bite size pieces of half inch thickness. Keep it aside.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and fresh coriander leaves
Heat some butter and olive oil in a skillet
1 tbsp Butter, ½ tbsp Olive Oil
Drop the chopped onion in it saute till transluscent
2 tbsp Onion
Now add the sausage pieces and give it a stir. Keep turning them over so that they get crispy and golden on both sides

Add the dried herbs and garlic
½ tsp Dried Oregano, ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes, 1 tbsp Garlic
Add a splash of vinegar to deglaze the bottom of the pan
½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Turn off the heat and transfer it to serving dish. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
