Cheesecake Truffles with White Chocolate & Pistachios

Ingredients
12nos.Digestive Biscuits
50gmsCream Cheese
2tbspButter
¼cupChopped Nuts
¼cupFinely crushed Pistachios
½tspCardamom powder
White Chocolate compound
Garnishes like Saffron threads dried rose petals, etc
Instructions
Make sure that all your ingredients are at room temperature. This means your Butter and Cream Cheese should be soft
Start by processing the Digestive Biscuits into a coarse powder
12 nos. Digestive Biscuits
Take a mixing bowl and whisk together the butter and cream cheese
50 gms Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp Butter
Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder and powdered digestive biscuits
¼ cup Chopped Nuts, ½ tsp Cardamom powder
Mix everything together to form a soft dough. Divide it into equal portions and roll them into gold ball sized balls
If the dough is too soft, refrigerate it to harden it
Now melt some white chocolate and dip the cheesecake balls
White Chocolate compound
Take them out and roll them into pistachio crushed into fine powder. Keep them on a seperate tray to allow them to harden
If you do not want to roll them into nuts, place the chocolate covered cheesecake truffles on the tray to harden up before drizzling some more white chocolate. Place the granishes on them and serve
