200gmsNoodles both fresh and dried work perfectly here
4nos.Eggs
2Onion Medium, Sliced
2tbspGinger Grated
8nosGarlic Finely chopped
¼cupSpring Onions
2Green Chilies
1Capsicum Diced
4tbspVinegar
Instructions
Boil your noodles as per the packet instructions. Keep them done till 75%. Remove 1/2 cup of the noodle water and discard the rest of it
200 gms Noodles
Drizzle some oil on the noodles so that they don’t stick together while cooling down
In a wok, heat some oil and drop some whisked eggs into it. Stir them to make some scrambled eggs. Once done, take them out and keep them aside

In the same wok, heat up some more oil and saute the veggies. Reserve some chopped spring onion for garnish
2 Onion , 2 tbsp Ginger , 8 nos Garlic , 1 Capsicum , 2 Green Chilies
After tossing them for a couple of minutes, add the sauces and the reserved noodle water. Give everything a good mix
4 tbsp Vinegar
Now, drop the boiled noodles and give everything a good mix. Use tongs for better grip and mix
