500gmsPaneer or Cottage CheeseCut in cubes
3tbspRefined Oil
7-8Cloves of GarlicFinely Sliced
2OnionLarge - Cubed
1Green CapsicumLarge - Cubed
1Red/Yellow Bell PepperLarge - Cubed
1tbspDark Soy Sauce
2tbspHoney
2Green ChiliesFinely Chopped
2-3tbspTomato Ketchup
1/4cupWater
1tspCornflour
1tspWhite Sesame SeedsSlightly toasted
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic for a minute on medium heat.
7-8 Cloves of Garlic, 3 tbsp Refined Oil
Then add the Onion, Capsicum and Bell Peppers.
2 Onion, 1 Green Capsicum, 1 Red/Yellow Bell Pepper
Saute these on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauces with water and cornflour. Whisk it to make it smooth and lump-free.
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Honey, 2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 1/4 cup Water, 1 tsp Cornflour
Add the paneer cubes and chopped green chilies in the sauted onion and bell peppers. Season it with salt as per taste.However, be cautious as the Soy Sauce contains salt as well.
500 gms Paneer or Cottage Cheese, 2 Green Chilies
Now, add the sauces and stir it well. In a minute it would thicken and become dry. Serve hot with toasted Sesame seeds on the top.
