Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough out of it
2 cups pre-boiled Kathal or Jackfruit, 1 cup pre-boiled Kachhe Kele or Green Banana, 1 cup pre-boiled Potatoes , 1 bread- toasted & grinded, 1 inch Ginger, 2 Green Chilies, 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, Salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Red Chili flakes
Divide it into 8 equal parts. Now roll each of them between your palms and flatten them into round discs
Heat any refined oil in a pan and fry the kebabs in 2 batches
