This is a unique take on Mango cake recipe. This summer try this super exotic Mango dessert recipe where a cake is layered with Cardamom flavored cream and Mango slices.
Prepare the Cardamom Cream by whipping the cream till soft peaks.
Add the Rose Extract and Cardamom Powder and whisk till stiff peaks.
Take the Cake and slice it horizontally. Fill the cream between the two layers and allow it to set in refrigerator for 15 minutes. (I have included the baking time of 40 minutes for the cake in this recipe)
After that crumb coat and let it set for another 10-15 minutes.
Now, finally pile some more cream on the top of the cake for the ultimate flavour of cardamom and rose.
Take the Mango slices and start arranging them in overlapping circles to look like a flower.
