Mix Vegetable Soup Recipe
Since winter is just around the corner, its time to get our hearty and easy soup recipes sorted! This mix vegetable soup recipe is a perfect way to cozy up with a big bowl of little bit of spice and everything nice. This is my version of pressure cooker mix veg soup that uses bits and pieces of leftover veggies to give you one wholesome dish.

- Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes Large, Cut in cubes
- 2 Carrots Around 1 cup, cut in cubes
- 1 cup Spinach Leaves Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Green Papaya Cut in cubes
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic Sliced
- 6-7 Broccoli Florets Halved
- Salt to Taste
- 4 cups Water
- A dash of crushed Peppercorns
- 2 tbsp Red Lentils or Masoor Dal Washed
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, and let it whistle for 3-4 times.
- Allow the pressure cooker to cool on its own before opening.
- Crush some of the veggies with the back of your ladle and allow it to simmer to thicken a bit.
- When the consistency of the soup is right for you, turn the heat off. Serve it with some butter or cheese shavings.
