Ingredients
1packButton MushroomsAround 200gms
3tbspMustard Oil
1/4tspNigella Seeds
3Onions slicedLarge
Salt to taste
1/2tspTurmeric Powder
1tspSugar
2tbspMustard Seeds Paste
2Green ChiliesFinely chopped
Instructions
Slice the Mushrooms lengthwise
Heat Mustard Oil in a pan and temper it with Kalonji or Nigella Seeds
3 tbsp Mustard Oil, 1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds
Add the sliced onions and fry till light golden.

Add the sliced Mushrooms, Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder and Sugar. Fry this on medium-high heat. It will release some water and then dry up, thus cooking the mushrooms.
