Ingredients
For Beresta –
2Onion large, thinly sliced
3tbspRefined Sunflower Oil
For Meatballs -
500gmsMinced Mutton Meat
1Onion finely chopped
1tbspGinger
6Garlic finely chopped
1Green Chilli finely chopped
Salt as per taste

For Rice
1cupBasmati Rice
2Bay Leaf
2Green Cardamom
5Cloves
1inchCinnamon
1tspRefined Sunflower Oil
For Gravy –
2tbspGhee
2Onionlarge, finely chopped
3Tomatoesfinely chopped
2tspBiryani Masala Powder
1tbspCoriander Powder
1tspTurmeric Powder
1tspRed Chilli Powder as per taste
Layering –
Finely chopped Mint leaves & Coriander leaves
Ghee
Green Chilies
Instructions
Make the beresta by frying the sliced onions on low heat till they turn golden brown. Once done, take them out and allow them to cool
2 Onion, 3 tbsp Refined Sunflower Oil
Boil the rice till its 75% done along with the spices. Drain the water and keep it aside
1 cup Basmati Rice, 2 Bay Leaf, 2 Green Cardamom, 5 Cloves, 1 inch Cinnamon, 1 tsp Refined Sunflower Oil
Prepare the meatballs by mixing all the ingredients. Divide it into smaller portions and roll them into balls. Shallow fry them till they turn golden
2 Onion, 3 tbsp Refined Sunflower Oil, 500 gms Minced Mutton Meat, 1 Onion, 1 tbsp Ginger, 6 Garlic, 1 Green Chilli, Salt as per taste, Pepper
After they are done, take them out and keep aside
In the same pan, add some ghee. Now add the chopped onion and cook till they loose the raw smell. Now add rest of the ingredients and saute
