2Cloves of Garlic
1tspDried Rosemary
1tspChili Flakes

Instructions
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped Onion and let it sweat for couple of minutes.
Once they turn translucent, add the mushrooms. Now, toss them around and let them fry on low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes. It will release a lot of water. Let these mushrooms cook in their own liquid.
Once the liquid is absorbed, add salt and the seasonings like rosemary and chili flakes.
By this time, the mushrooms will have attained a darker shade. Add the vinegar and deglaze the bottom of the pan. That is, mix everything well, and scrape the seasonings stuck at the bottom of the pan.
Grate the garlic in the mushrooms at this stage and give everything a good stir.
