Instructions
Soak 2 slices of bread in lukewarm milk, just enough to moisten the bread. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Combine the ground chicken, soaked bread, chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by kneading all the ingredients together.
250 gms Ground Chicken, 1 Onion, 6 Garlic
The next step would be to divide the burger patty mix into equal portions and shape them into round patties. Be very gentle while compacting the patties or they will remain uncooked or may turn dry due to overcooking
Once the chicken burger patties are ready, heat some oil in a pan. Carefully place each of the burger patties in the pan to shallow fry
Cook each side for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes before assembling them into burgers
Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the juicy chicken burger patty on top.

Add a slice of your preferred cheese, letting it melt slightly. Top the cheese with sliced onions, tomato, and pickles.
Spread some mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on the top half of the bun and press it gently on the layers of ingredients of the burger.
