Watermelon Popsicle Recipe

Equipment

  • Juicer
  • Strainer
  • Pouring cup or Measuring cup
  • Popsicle Mould
  • Freezer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Watermelon
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar or Honey - optional
  • ¼ tsp Rock Salt

Instructions

  • Take a large juicer jar and put it inside the cut watermelon cubes. Add sugar or honey if needed.

  • Add lemon juice for some extra kick along with some rock salt.
    2 Lemons, ¼ tsp Rock Salt
  • Blend into a thick and smooth juice. You can some water at this stage
  • Once done, sieve this into a pouring cup. Discard the pulp
  • Pour the popsicle juice into the mould and pop in the sticks. Freeze it overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow them to set properly
  • Once they are chilled hard, take them out and enjoy them with your family
