Simplest of All Chicken Curry Recipes: Chicken Kali-Mirch or Pepper Chicken
Time and again I have confessed my desperation for easy and quick Chicken Recipes. Not that I love my traditional Bengali Chicken Curry recipe which is almost like a comfort food to us. However, I am still always on a lookout for interesting recipes with chicken.
One thing that I love about Chicken meat is that it adapts very well with whichever flavor or aromatic you cook it with. So, this one here is a celebration of simplicity of Pepper or Kali-Mirch. A simple onion-ginger-garlic based gravy with a generous addition of freshly half-crushed peppercorns takes this chicken curry dish to yet another level.
Here’s the recipe that I am talking about here. Serve it with freshly made Chapattis, Paranthas, Naans or rice dishes like Bengali Basanti Pulao, Khushk Pulao, Vegetable Fried Rice, etc.
