- French Beans or Green Beans
- Potatoes
- Dried powdered spices such as Hing, Cumin Seeds Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dry Mango Powder, or Amchur
- Whole Spices like Cumin Seeds
- Kitchen King spice mix. An Alternate would be Garam Masala powder
- Mustard Oil
- Green Chilli
- White Vinegar

- Prep the veggies by washing them well. Chop off the ends of the beans and chop them into small pieces. Similarly, peel the potatoes and dice them into smaller cubes
- Now heat some mustard oil and temper it with hing, cumin seeds, and a green chili
- As they splutter, add the potatoes and give them a good mix.
- Now add the green beans
- Add powdered spices like salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and amchur powder.
- Add a small pinch of sugar before mixing everything. Put on the lid and let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes
- Once the potato is cooked, remove the lid. Add some Kitchen King powder (or garam masala powder) and a splash of vinegar.
- Mix and serve hot with Chapattis or Rotis

- 2 Potatoes – small
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- A pinch of Hing or Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Green Chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Amchur Powder or Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Powder – adjust as per taste – alternate would be Garam Masala powder
