- Breakfast Sausages
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Dried Oregano
- Red Chili Flakes
- Apple Cider Vinegar – alternate would be any Vinegar
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Step-by-step instructions on how to make Sauteed Sausages
- Cut the sausages in bite size pieces of half inch thickness. Keep it aside.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic and fresh coriander leaves
- Heat some butter and olive oil in a skillet
- Drop the chopped onion in it saute till transluscent
- Now add the sausage pieces and give it a stir. Keep turning them over so that they get crispy and golden on both sides
- Add the dried herbs and garlic
- Add a splash of vinegar to deglaze the bottom of the pan
- Turn off the heat and transfer it to serving dish. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
