  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Dried Oregano
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – alternate would be any Vinegar
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves

Step-by-step instructions on how to make Sauteed Sausages

  • Cut the sausages in bite size pieces of half inch thickness. Keep it aside.
  • Finely chop the onion, garlic and fresh coriander leaves
  • Heat some butter and olive oil in a skillet
  • Drop the chopped onion in it saute till transluscent
  • Now add the sausage pieces and give it a stir. Keep turning them over so that they get crispy and golden on both sides
  • Add the dried herbs and garlic
  • Add a splash of vinegar to deglaze the bottom of the pan
  • Turn off the heat and transfer it to serving dish. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
