Most of the paneer recipes can be easily devised into dairy-free and vegan recipes by using tofu instead of the paneer (Cottage Cheese). So, this sweet & spicy dry Chili Paneer recipe can also be modified into a tofu recipe with slight modifications. All you have to do is replace the paneer cubes with hot water-soaked tofu cubes and go ahead with the rest of the recipe.
